Shipping will be billed before items are shipped.  

If there is extra freight cost for instance on furniture, We will contact you. If you do not wish to pay the extra freight we can refund the order. 

Please note: If we are closed at anytime for vacation the dates will be listed on the Home Page. Shipping will resume once we return.
